Job Description:
Adhoc Softwares is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to drive and manage digital marketing initiatives for both our company and client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and overall performance
- Manage brand presence and online reputation
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and creative thinking skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling multiple client accounts
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
