Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for candidates located in Agra, open to CA dropouts and qualified CAs. The role involves responsibilities in preparing financial statements, conducting audits, supporting tax preparation, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis. Candidates will also handle corporate finance functions, compliance, and assist in process improvement initiatives. Collaboration with team members across various projects and providing critical analytical insights will be a key part of the job.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounts, including Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Management Reporting
- Experience in Auditing, Taxation, and Assurance processes
- Proficiency in Compliance, Corporate Finance, and Budgeting
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with relevant accounting tools and software
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and meet deadlines
- CA qualification or relevant experience; CA dropouts are welcome to apply
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
