Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Service Manager, based in New Delhi. The Client Service Manager will oversee client relationships & new business. Responsibilities include addressing client concerns, maintaining consistent communication, analyzing client needs, and providing bespoke solutions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and fostering a high level of client trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event industry
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event management, marketing, or similar fields is a must
