Job Summary: –

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker to join our social media & Branding team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content trends, storytelling, and brand positioning, with the ability to create engaging and impactful campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: –

Develop creative concepts and campaigns for social media and brand communication
Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand identity and business goals
Create engaging content ideas including reels, posts, stories, and campaigns
Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and content teams
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Brainstorm innovative ideas to increase engagement, reach, and brand recall
Assist in planning and executing influencer and collaboration campaigns

Required Skills & qualification: –

Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Understanding of branding, tone of voice, and visual identity
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Ability to analyze content performance and optimize strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualification: –

Experience in F&B, lifestyle, or D2C brands
Knowledge of reels/trending content formats
Basic understanding of paid campaigns (Meta/Google Ads)
Portfolio showcasing creative campaigns or content work
