Role Summary

We are hiring a Graphic Designer with strong understanding of brand rules and product-oriented design.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond visuals and understands how design supports brand identity, usability, and business growth. You will work on branding systems, digital creatives, and product-related designs for businesses and startups.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Visual Design

• Design creatives aligned with brand identity and visual guidelines
• Maintain consistency in colours, typography, layout, and tone
• Ensure all designs follow brand rules and positioning

Product-Oriented Design

• Create designs for:

• Digital products

• Marketing collaterals

• Product launches and promotions

• Understand product purpose and user perspective while designing

Digital & Marketing Creatives

• Design content for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns

• Work on banners, posts, thumbnails, and promotional materials

• Support ad creatives focused on performance and clarity

Design Quality & Discipline

• Avoid random styles; follow structured design systems

• Ensure clarity, readability, and professional finish

• Take feedback positively and improve design quality continuously

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketers, video editors, and strategists

• Understand briefs clearly before execution

• Deliver designs on time with attention to detail

Skills & EligibilityTechnical Skills

• Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Figma (basic to intermediate preferred)

• Strong typography and layout skills

Brand Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Understanding of brand guidelines and visual systems

• Ability to maintain consistency across multiple platforms

• Awareness of how design impacts brand perception

Experience

• Freshers with strong brand-focused portfolios are welcome

• 1–3 years of graphic or product design experience is a plus

• Portfolio showcasing brand and product design work is required
