Role Description
This is a full-time remote sales role managing outbound conversions for one of GrowthScribe’s key client accounts – an Indian creator-led membership business.
As our Sales Executive, you’ll own the entire sales process — from first call to payment confirmation — working a curated list of 20,000+ people who paid for the client’s programs 1-1.5 years ago. This is not cold-calling, but it’s also not a one-call-close. Some leads need a brand reminder, some are ready to buy, all need to be moved through to payment.
You’ll handle 50+ outbound calls per day, run short discovery conversations, close memberships (₹8K–₹12K/year), and flag premium-product prospects (₹3L+ tickets) to the senior closer. Once the warm list is worked through, you’ll move to a larger pool of inbound leads who’ve shared their details but haven’t purchased yet.
This role is designed for someone who’s sales-driven, self-motivated, and wants to grow their income as we help the client scale from a niche creator brand into a succesful membership business.

Month 1 outcome: 160-200 closes

Week 8 (Days 31-40): Past the standard
Month 2 outcome: 220+ closes
Month 3+: 250+ closes/month. You own the playbook. Premium path opens.
Day to day responsibilities
Work Schedule
100% Remote. Mon–Sat, 11 AM – 9 PM IST. 10 hours daily with flexibility based on customer availability. Evening calls expected when prospects are most reachable.
