Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Support employee relations by addressing employee queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and surveys to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support the performance management process and assist managers in conducting performance reviews.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
