• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Salary: 21,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately load hotel and ancillary service contracts as per SLAs
• Execute daily operational tasks assigned by clients
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality control
• Follow team guidelines and complete tasks efficiently
• Support continuous improvement in processes

Required Skills

• Good command of English communication skills
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Good time management and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of airline/hotel contract terminology
• Experience in travel operations, reservations, or ticketing

Eligibility

Any graduate (BBA / BCom / BA / Travel Tourism preferred)

Freshers candidates with up to 1 year experience can apply
