About The Role

We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns specifically on major online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketplace advertising platforms and a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics. You will be responsible for driving product visibility, increasing sales, and ensuring the effective utilization of advertising budgets. The role requires a proactive approach, analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional training in digital marketing or marketplace advertising will be considered an advantage. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience specifically in Amazon Ads or other marketplace advertising platforms. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and tools such as Helium10 or SellerApp is preferred. Strong analytical skills, data interpretation abilities, and experience in campaign optimization are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
• Run and monitor Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly and work towards enhancing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Optimize Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) and manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure profitability.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the e-commerce and product teams to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
• Stay updated with marketplace advertising trends and platform updates to implement best practices.
