Job Responsibilities:

This position is for Healthcare, Lifesciences and Pharma vertical at 1Lattice

• Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct research (desk research, field research) and do analysis on excel and be comfortable with handling data to derive meaningful insights
• Client focus: Work with clients directly and conceptualize/ structure key initiatives for clients basis their priorities; should be comfortable working in client locations as well
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with 1Lattice Senior Associates, Team Leaders and cross-functional data science and technology teams
• Output generation: Be extremely focused on outcomes; Using data visualisation tools and methodologies, showcase findings and insights from research
• Problem solving: Be flexible to work in a dynamic environment, adapt as required using critical thinking and problem-solving techniques
• Data Management: Innovate on frameworks/ tools and help record learnings to expand the company’s knowledge base

Desired background: 

• Preferably from Healthcare & Lifesciences/Pharma/Medtech background with 2+ years of experience
• Solid understanding of primary & secondary market research, and data analysis
• Prior work in relevant fields like management consulting, business research, market research, equity research, or other similar backgrounds

Desired competencies: 

• Customer-centric attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Logical and focused approach in solving client problems
• Analytical with ability to derive patterns from data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must and a working understanding of Microsoft Powerpoint
• Resourcefulness and tactfulness in getting market inputs and client requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders
• High focus on outcomes and must enjoy driving clients to action
• Proven experience in communicating effectively
• Must be a value-driven individual with a high degree of integrity
• Ability to travel as required and meet tight timelines
