Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US Mortgage Sales Specialist with a strong background in handling US clients and mortgage products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and guiding clients through the mortgage process while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with US-based clients for mortgage products
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Explain mortgage products such as refinancing, purchase loans, FHA, VA, and conventional loans
• Assist customers throughout the loan application lifecycle
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Stay updated with US mortgage industry guidelines and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US Mortgage Sales / Inside Sales / Loan Origination
• Strong understanding of US mortgage products and processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral/US accent preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience working in US shift (night shift)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with US lenders, brokers, or mortgage companies
• Knowledge of underwriting basics and compliance (e.g., TRID, RESPA)
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
