Job Title: IT Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Mumbai (Marol)
Department: IT Helpdesk
Employment Type: Full-Time (WFO)
Hours of operation: 12Hrs a day (5:30am to 5:30pm US Summer time / 6:30am to 6:30pm US Winter time)
Shift Schedule: Rotational working days and week offs (4 working days & 3 week offs)

As an IT Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.
