Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, ambitious Sales Professional to drive revenue across our Creative Content Analysis suite. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing and account expansion — with a focused mandate on Brands (D2C, FMCG, Lifestyle, F&B, Fashion) and Creative/Media Agencies. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with direct visibility to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline & Business Development

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within Brand Marketing teams and Creative/Media Agencies.
• Build and maintain a robust outbound pipeline targeting Digital Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, CMOs, and Agency Heads.
• Own outreach strategy across LinkedIn, industry events, and referral networks to drive top-of-funnel volume.

Pitch, Demo & Closing

• Lead end-to-end sales conversations — needs discovery, product demos, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Articulate the value of RecoBee’s Reels, Reel Ads, and Ads analytics to both marketing practitioners and senior decision-makers.
• Translate product capabilities into tangible ROI narratives relevant to brand campaign performance and agency deliverables.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets with consistent forecast accuracy.

Account Management & Expansion

• Nurture and grow existing client accounts through proactive check-ins, usage reviews, and upsell conversations.
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, coordinating with Product and Data teams for seamless onboarding.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts — cross-selling adjacent verticals and deeper data packages.
• Build long-term relationships with key agency and brand contacts to drive renewals and referrals.

Market Intelligence & Feedback

• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity logs on a weekly basis.
• Relay competitive intelligence, prospect feedback, and market signals to the Product team to inform roadmap prioritisation.
• Contribute to the development of sales collateral — pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies — in collaboration with Marketing.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

• 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, Media Analytics, or Digital Intelligence.
• Demonstrated track record of closing deals with Brand Marketing teams or Creative/Media Agencies.
• Hands-on experience with consultative selling — not just transactional sales.
• Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem: Meta, Instagram Reels, YouTube, programmatic buying, and performance marketing metrics.
• Prior exposure to data/analytics or insight products is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — you can simplify complex data narratives for a non-technical audience.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure, negotiate, and close deals independently.
• High ownership mindset — comfortable managing an end-to-end sales cycle without hand-holding.
• Analytical curiosity: ability to understand product data outputs and contextualise them into client use-cases.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving products and priorities.

Nice to Have

• Existing network within the Brand Marketing or Agency ecosystem in India.
• Understanding of social media content performance metrics: reach, engagement rate, watch time, saves, and ad recall.
• Experience selling to Bollywood production houses, OTT platforms, or entertainment brands.
