We are building a vetted network of freelance performance marketing consultants to work on client projects as we scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns for clients in real estate, coaching, and D2C – Setting up campaigns from scratch – audience research, creative briefing, ad copy, campaign structure – Monitoring performance daily and optimising for CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate – Setting up pixel tracking and conversion events independently – Sending weekly performance updates to be shared with clients – Working under the Ab Digital brand on all client-facing deliverables
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1-2 year of hands-on paid ads experience with real results to show — Strong command of Meta Ads Manager – audience targeting, A/B testing, scaling – Working knowledge of Google Search Ads is a strong plus – Ability to set up Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager independently – Experience in real estate or coaching lead gen campaigns preferred – Comfortable working in a white-label agency model – Reliable, deadline-driven, and professional in communication

You only know how to boost posts – You need someone else to set up tracking for you – You prefer working directly with clients under your own name – You cannot commit to campaign deadlines
Engagement Model
Freelance contract – project based – Remote – work from anywhere in India – Payment released after client payment is received – Consistent projects for consultants who deliver results – Long term relationship for the right person
