Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Manager with experience preferable in advertising, digital, creative, or media agencies (or equivalent industries). The ideal candidate will oversee sourcing, vendor management, and procurement strategy while leading a small team to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with business needs.

A procurement manager is responsible for sourcing and managing the goods and services an organization requires, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the best value while maintaining quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities (Duties)

● Develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure goods and services at optimal cost and value.

● Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers while maintaining long-term vendor relationships.

● Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including contracts, budgets, and timely delivery.

● Manage procurement risks, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain quality standards.

● Lead and mentor a team of procurement executives and align purchasing with organizational strategy.
