Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives for E-commerce/BPO support operations.

Important Information

• Full-time contractual position
• Night / Graveyard shift only (India Time Zone)
• Remote / Work-from-Home setup

Qualifications

• Prior experience in E-commerce or BPO is an advantage, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Engineering, Science, IT, or Mathematics)
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills with a neutral accent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Reliable, solution-oriented, and capable of problem-solving independently
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required

Technical Requirements

• Laptop or desktop computer with at least 8GB RAM
• External keyboard and mouse required for desktop setups
• Stable wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps
• High-quality USB headset
• A second monitor is required after 30 days of employment
• Reliable backup solutions for electricity and internet connectivity
