Job Description:
The Sales Operations Business Analyst role is responsible for the service and support of key global sales technology initiatives to improve quality, accuracy, and delivery of projects through our global sales technology tools.
This position supports our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and will have responsibility to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements; collaborate with subject matter experts (internal and external) to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs. The person in this role will collaboratively engage with GTM teams, finance, marketing, product, external vendors and other enterprise teams seeking to gain complete understanding of business processes in order to solve business needs.
A key component of this role is building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will proactively engage with stakeholders, communicate progress and updates without being prompted, and ensure commitments and timelines are clearly understood and consistently met. When challenges arise, this role will communicate early and transparently, maintaining stakeholder confidence through reliability, accountability, and strong follow-through.
