looking for a creative powerhouse to help us take our brand to the next level
through 100% organic growth.

The Role: The “One-Person Content Army”

We don’t want to rely on paid ads. We are looking for an extremely creative,
self-driven Content Creator & Organic Growth Hacker to take complete ownership
of our organic social media channels.

You will be the voice, face, and creative director behind Bytesweavers. Your job
is to find trending ideas, create engaging content (especially short-form
video), and distribute it across the internet to drive traffic to our software
and SaaS products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

– Idea Generation: Research trends in the tech, AI, and productivity niches.
Brainstorm viral content ideas for our software products.
– Content Creation: Script, record, and edit highly engaging short-form videos
(TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). Think: “How I fixed my terrible
posture with this AI app” or “Watch this AI remove a background offline in 3
seconds.”
– Copywriting: Write compelling Twitter/X threads, engaging LinkedIn posts,
and Facebook updates.
– Reddit & Community Hacking: Authentically engage in niche subreddits (e.g.,
r/productivity, r/SaaS, r/SideProject) and Facebook groups without being
spammy. Provide value and naturally plug our tools.
– End-to-End Management: Own the content calendar. Schedule, post, and engage
with our audience across YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook,
and TikTok.
– Analytics: Track what’s working, double down on viral formats, and
constantly experiment with new hooks.

What We’re Looking For:

– A “Hacker” Mentality: You know how to get eyeballs on a product without
spending a dime on ads.
– Video Editing Chops: You are highly proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or
similar tools. You know how to use B-roll, captions, and fast-paced editing
to retain attention.
– Platform Native: You understand the cultural differences between platforms
(You know that a post that works on LinkedIn will fail on Reddit, and vice
versa).
– Self-Starter: You don’t need to be micromanaged. You can wake up, look at
the software we offer, and instantly come up with 5 content ideas.
– Design Basics: Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Photoshop for creating
thumbnails and social graphics.
– Bonus: An interest in AI, coding, WordPress, or software development!
