At our GIA Department, we adopt an independent, systematic, and disciplined approach to evaluate and enhance risk management, control, and governance processes across our strategic business units, business units, and functions such as Sales, Delivery, Finance, Procurement, and HR. We are recognized as the catalyst for strengthening our organization’s control performance.
Joining our diverse GIA team, composed of approximately 30 multilingual staff, you will have the opportunity to work under the leadership of our Group Chief Audit Officer (CAO) in two vibrant locations: Paris, France, and Mumbai, India. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy direct interaction with the Leadership team, including the CEO, CFO, CIO, and more, offering you valuable exposure and the chance to contribute to the success of the Capgemini Group.
This role presents exciting prospects for travel and networking, as you will collaborate with team members from different countries and functions. With up to 50%-60% of your time spent outside of India, visiting our Capgemini businesses in over 25 countries, you will broaden your horizons and enhance your professional network. Expect approximately two working weeks of travel per month, with up to 8-10 international trips per year. During the remaining time, you will conduct audits in India, either with domestic travel or based from our Mumbai office.
Working within a multicultural business environment, you will gain extensive knowledge of Group operations across various business units, allowing you to develop expertise in specific domains. This experience will provide you with a strong understanding of overall business processes, making you a sought-after professional in the industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, enabling you to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
