Role Description
QualityNZ™ is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai, India. The VP will oversee strategic sales and marketing initiatives, manage a high-performing sales team, and drive business growth in the Indian market. This individual will develop relationships with key stakeholders, monitor sales operations to achieve revenue goals, and create strategic plans to expand business avenues. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams, identifying market trends, and ensuring an effective brand presence in a competitive marketplace. We are urgently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Vice President – Sales & Marketing to join Quality NZ Imports Private Limited based in Mumbai or New Delhi.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving PAN India business growth across:
• HORECA
• Modern Trade
• Institutional & QSR
• E-commerce
• Food Processing & Emerging Channels
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive national sales growth and revenue strategy
✔ Lead strategic customer acquisitions and key account management
✔ Build and mentor high-performance sales teams
✔ Develop new business verticals and market expansion plans
✔ Handle pricing, contracts, negotiations, and debtor management
✔ Strengthen brand positioning and marketing initiatives
✔ Work closely with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
• 12+ years of leadership experience in Food Service / FMCG / Hospitality / Imported Foods sector
• Strong network within Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, QSRs & Institutional Buyers
• Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
• Based in Mumbai/New Delhi or willing to relocate
