Role Overview

We are hiring a senior IT professional to lead IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and technology operations for a fast-growing multi-location business.

The role will focus on ensuring system reliability, infrastructure stability, ERP/CRM management, cybersecurity, and scalable technology operations across business functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage servers, networks, cloud systems, and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and operational stability
• Handle IT support operations across locations

Enterprise Systems Management

• Manage ERP, CRM, inventory, and business applications
• Improve integration between systems and operational workflows
• Support automation and technology-driven business processes

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Ensure data security, access control, and backup systems
• Implement cybersecurity and IT governance practices

Project & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with software vendors and implementation partners
• Lead IT upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects

Reporting & Analytics

• Support MIS, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Ensure data accuracy and system-driven visibility for leadership

Team Leadership

• Lead internal IT teams and support functions
• Drive execution, accountability, and service quality

Ideal Candidate Profile

• B.Tech mandatory
• 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure / enterprise systems
• Strong experience in ERP, CRM, cloud, and system integrations
• Experience in retail, pharma, FMCG, healthcare, or distributed businesses preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and execution capability
