Full job description
*Experience:* 2to5 years
*Responsibilities:*
* Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux)
* Install and troubleshoot software applications
* Handle system issues, virus removal, and performance optimization
* Configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals
* Support users for email, internet, and basic networking issues
* Maintain system updates and backups
*Requirements:*
* Diploma / Degree in IT or related field
* Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop support
* Good communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple user requests
*Preferred:*
* Knowledge of Office 365 / Google Workspace
* Basic networking certification (CCNA is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 – ₹500,933.41 per year
