🚀 Not A Job. A Front-Row Seat to Building a Company.

The Founder’s Analyst works directly with the CEO. The role is deliberately undefined, that is its value. In any given month you might run a customer discovery interview, draft a product spec, build a financial model, ship a marketing campaign, sit in on a pricing conversation or write the next investor update. You will do whatever the business needs, learn ten functions by the time your peers have learned one and see what it takes to build a company from the inside.

This is not a rotational program. You will own real outcomes from day one.

🌟Real Work. Real Ownership.

•    Run customer and prospect discussions global companies and turn the raw notes into product and

GTM decisions.

•    Draft product specs and user stories, and work with engineering to get features shipped.

•    Build pitch decks, sales collateral, content and investor updates.

•    Run product demos and convert prospects into real orders and sales.

•    Own small growth experiments end to end content, campaigns, landing pages, channels and report

what worked and what did not.

•    Represent KarbonWise externally at conferences, university panels and partner conversations.

•    Catch the work nobody else is doing, because in a small team that is how good companies get built.

💡Who Will Thrive In This Role

• We are looking for young colleagues early in their careers, freshers to one or two years of experience

are ideal. We index on potential, curiosity and how fast you can learn, not on years on a CV.

• Smart, hungry and intellectually honest. You enjoy hard problems more than easy answers.
• Ideally an engineering, architecture or allied background – Hyderabad-based or willing to be.
• You genuinely care about sustainability. Not as a résumé line, but as evidence: a project, a paper, a club,

a side-effort, a campaign. Specificity over slogans.

• Comfortable with ambiguity. You do not wait for a brief to start working.
• Able to stretch across product thinking, marketing instinct, analytical rigour and customer empathy.
• You do not have to be world-class at any of these on day one, you have to be willing to learn all of them.
