About Us:
Crystal Group is a Mumbai-based logistics and cold chain transportation company, currently expanding operations and actively hiring for multiple positions.

Role Overview:
We are looking to collaborate with freelance recruiters to support hiring for roles across logistics, accounts, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen relevant candidates
• Share quality profiles within 24–48 hours
• Coordinate interview scheduling
• Ensure candidates are informed and interested before sharing
• Follow up with candidates until closure

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruitment (freelance or consultancy)
• Access to job portals or own candidate database
• Ability to handle multiple positions
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

Engagement Model:

• Freelance / Commission-based (per successful closure)
• No upfront payment

Compensation:

• Fee: 4% of annual CTC (minimum ₹4,000 and maximum ₹15,000)
• Payment: Post candidate joining within 15–30 days OR

Replacement Policy:

• 60 days replacement mandatory
• Free replacement if candidate leaves within this period
