Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Machenahalli, Bhadravati, Shivamogga
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all departments to prepare and finalize the monthly purchase plan.
• Identify, call, and source new and reliable vendors for materials and supplies.
• Prepare purchase orders, handle procurement, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Enter purchase details, generate and convert bills into invoices using Zoho Books.
• Compare previous and current purchase data to analyze cost variations and savings.
• Conduct price negotiations with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, bills, and stock details.
• Support in inventory management and ensure availability of required materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement roles (manufacturing or factory preferred).
• Knowledge of Zoho Books is highly preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• 2-wheeler is compulsory for local vendor visits and purchase runs.
• Kannada speaking is mandatory.
