Key Responsibilities
- Data Input: Processing high-volume accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense reports.
- Data Verification: Auditing and checking data for errors or inconsistencies against source documents.
- Record Maintenance: Updating and maintaining accurate, organized digital and physical financial records.
- Reconciliation: Assisting with bank reconciliation and general ledger entries.
- Administrative Support: Assisting the accounting team with scanning, filing, and reporting
