About the Role: –
The Customer & Market Analytics Lead will own customer intelligence, funnel analytics, and market insights for Sobha Realty USA, with a focus on supporting market entry and growth in Texas. This role will enable leadership to make data-backed decisions across sales, marketing, and brand strategy by translating complex datasets into sharp, actionable insights. The role is positioned as a decision-support function rather than an operational reporting role, with a strong emphasis on predictive insights, revenue impact, and brand performance.
Key Responsibilities: –
Customer & Funnel Analytics • Design, set up, and manage customer analytics frameworks covering. Leads, prospects, buyers, and investor segments
• Track and analyze end-to-end customer journeys across. Digital platforms. Social media o CRM systems. Offline and on-ground touchpoints.
Insights & Dashboards for Leadership
• Develop and maintain leadership-level dashboards tracking: o Lead quality and source attribution. Conversion rates across funnel stages. Campaign ROI and marketing effectiveness. Market response and demand signals
• Ensure dashboards focus on insights and decision-making, not operational metrics.
Market & Buyer Intelligence
• Generate insights on US buyer behavior, demographics, preferences, and purchase drivers.
• Analyze Texas real estate market trends, customer expectations, and competitive positioning.
• Benchmark Sobha Realty USA performance against:
Key Texas-based competitors o Global luxury real estate developers operating in comparable segments Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Social Media, and Corporate Communications teams to align data insights with content strategy, messaging, and positioning
. • Support leadership with clear, concise insight presentations tailored for executive and board-level discussions. Strategic & Predictive Analytics
• Move beyond retrospective reporting to develop predictive insights that support growth planning, portfolio strategy, and brand strength.
• Challenge assumptions and narratives using data-driven evidence and scenario analysis.
What You Should Bring
• 7–10 years of experience in customer analytics, CRM analytics, marketing intelligence, or business analytics roles.
• Strong preference for experience in real estate (residential, mixed-use, or luxury developments).
• Exposure to US market data or international customer segments.
• Hands-on expertise with analytics and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• Strong business storytelling capability—translating data into strategic recommendations.
