Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage technology projects and programs within an organization. They ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product management, and business development, to define project objectives, develop project plans, and execute programs. They also manage budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects.

Key / Primary Responsibilities:

• Developing program goals and objectives in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan
• Defining program scope, initiatives, and deliverables
• Developing a program schedule and budget and tracking progress against the plan
• Managing program risks, issues, and changes
• Identifying and allocating program resources including staff, equipment, and budget
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the program team, stakeholders, and executives
• Overseeing the delivery of technology projects within the program
• Providing ongoing program status reports to key stakeholders
• Ensuring program compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that program outcomes meet quality standards.
