Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable options or services.
- Provide accurate information and guidance throughout the decision-making process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Manage and update student data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Handle queries and provide end-to-end support to students.
