Job Title: SAP Executive – MM & PP Module (Advanced Excel)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SAP Executive with hands-on experience in SAP MM (Material Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules, along with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel. The candidate will be responsible for BOM verification, invoice processing, material planning, and cross-functional project coordination to ensure smooth operations and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and manage BOM (Bill of Materials) verification and validation
• Handle invoice processing and ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Execute material planning activities to support production and inventory requirements
• Work on SAP MM and PP modules for procurement, planning, and production processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for project execution and smooth workflow
• Monitor stock levels and ensure material availability for production schedules
• Prepare reports, MIS, and analysis using Advanced Excel
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP MM and PP modules
• Strong knowledge of BOM management and invoice processing
• Expertise in material planning and inventory coordination
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, formulas, dashboards)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/operations environment preferred
