Digital Marketing specialist – Forex Brokerage Full Time NEW

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Lead for our forex & CFD brokerage brand. We are specifically looking for someone with direct experience in forex/CFD brokerage marketing — not general digital marketing. This role requires someone who understands the trading industry deeply, knows what works in this space, and can independently lead branding, campaigns, content strategy, and audience growth globally.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in digital marketing specifically for forex & CFD brokerages only
• Strong understanding of trader acquisition, retention, and forex audience behavior
• Ability to independently handle end-to-end social media marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Telegram, YouTube, and Discord
• Plan and execute high-quality campaigns for trader engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness
• Experience creating viral and high-converting trading-related content, including reels, shorts, educational videos, promotional creatives, and campaign funnels
• Deep understanding of what works and what does not work in forex brokerage marketing
• Strong knowledge of the latest AI tools for video generation, content creation, automation, ad creatives, thumbnails, banners, and social media assets
• Ability to coordinate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with conversion and revenue goals
• Experience working with affiliates, IB networks, influencers, and trading communities globally
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and market response
• Understanding of compliance-sensitive marketing within the forex & CFD industry
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead execution without constant supervision
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
