Job title: Quality Assurance Executive

Location: Gujarat (Vadodara)

Education: Science graduate with 4 – 6 years of FMCG Industry experience.

Language: Gujarati, Hindi & English.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Responsible and Instrumental in Process control and clearance of Raw material, Packing materials, Semi-finished & Finished goods on day-to-day basis.

•Reporting Deviations to Central QA Team and building “QIPs” for continual improvement of the

process & system.

•Follow GHP standards and ensure compliance by working along with production team.

•Closely work with Production/Factory Manager or section in charges for compliance of SOPs.

•Strong understanding on the raw materials, storage practices and validation process to maintain batch to batch consistency of the product

•Assist handling the internal & external customer complaint and co-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for CAPA closure.

•Act as a facilitator in “Quality Enabling” through Providing support to “Operations Team” on

quality(Training operators on PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs).

•Analytical skills for analysis of In-coming Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Semi Finished & Finished Goods

•Knowledge of documentation and record keeping.

•To ensure compliance of GMP & GHP requirements as per the Quality Management system.

•Investigate non-conforming material, components and product for causes and ensure corrective action as continual environment.

•To check and verify the finished product and packing quality before entering the next step of production.

•Follow work procedures & guidelines for processing quality and their implementation.

•To regularize and improve the quality of MIS of all concerned areas in shift operation
