Role Summary
We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a key strategic partner, managing end-to-end administrative and team coordination functions, representing the CEO in meetings and communications, and ensuring smooth execution of organizational priorities.
This role requires strong leadership skills, an exceptional ownership mindset, and the ability to act with authority and discretion in the CEO’s absence. The Executive Assistant will be a trusted point of contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
● Act as the chief liaison and first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
● Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and day-to-day operational tasks
● Represent the CEO in meetings, discussions, and communications when required
● Coordinate with teams to ensure task accountability and operational follow-through
● Drive execution of initiatives across functions, ensuring deliverables are on time and aligned with organisational goals
● Lead and manage administrative or cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
● Prepare briefs, reports, and executive summaries for leadership analysis and decision-making
● Organise high-level meetings, events, presentations, and stakeholder engagements
● Uphold confidentiality, professional integrity, and high ethical standards
● Anticipate needs, escalate issues appropriately, and recommend solutions
● Handle ad-hoc projects, research, and tasks with agility and ownership
● Ability to pursue functional aspects for sales, product and project management
Ideal Candidate Profile
● Strong experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations, or Leadership Support roles
● Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
● Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to coordinate and influence teams
● Excellent organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
● Professional presence, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
● Agile mindset with a strong drive for ownership and results
● Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and external partners
