Associate Director – Marketing (KidZ) Full Time

The ZEE5 marketing team is looking for a talented, creative, and dynamic leader with a proven track record in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead marketing initiatives for Kids content, spanning both ad-supported (AVOD) and subscription-based (SVOD) platforms. The role will focus on driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of ZEE5’s Kids IPs, including digital marketing campaigns across paid, social, and programmatic channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for ZEE5 Kids content across AVOD and SVOD.
• Drive offline marketing campaigns for Kids, including events, activations, and experiential initiatives.
• Execute branding and other marketing initiatives to strengthen ZEE5 Kids’ presence.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, including paid campaigns on Facebook, Google, and programmatic channels, optimizing ROAS, and driving initiatives to generate demand and acquire subscribers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of paid campaign execution, performance tracking, and data-driven optimization.
• Drive funnel creation, customer reach, conversion, and retention strategies to maximize engagement and subscription growth.
• Drive merchandising initiatives for Kids IPs with external agency partners.
• Lead social media marketing campaigns to grow awareness, engagement, and community for Kids IPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, CLM, PR, Social, Performance, Platform & BD) and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Build intuitive dashboards and analyse campaign results to scale campaigns efficiently.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in OTT, Media, or Kids content marketing, with a proven track record of leading high-impact campaigns.
• Strong experience in offline and online marketing, including events, activations, branding, and merchandising for IPs.
• Hands-on expertise in digital performance marketing, managing paid campaigns on FB Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and app campaigns at scale.
• Proficient in tracking & analytics tools such as Appsflyer/Adjust; ability to analyse campaign data and optimize performance.
• Highly analytical with strong skills in campaign data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
