Roles & Responsibilites:

• Event-based and time-based compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and compliances with the Secretarial Standards as issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Timely preparation of the Agenda and Minutes for all Board, Committee and General meetings,
• Coordination for board and general meetings and related follow-up actions thereof.
• Preparation of ROC related forms and the timely filing of the same with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
• Preparation, maintenance and update of legal registers and records per the Companies Act, 2013
• Vetting of legal Agreements.
• Drafting, vetting and finalization of HR, Channel Finance, Admin agreements & legal documents.
• RBI & FEMA Compliance for respective Ingram entities.
• Handling regulatory aspects of business.
• Advise management on regulatory changes impacting business.
