Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role based- Performance Marketer. The role involves developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The Performance Marketer will analyze campaign metrics, manage budgets, perform A/B testing, and identify opportunities to drive customer acquisition and conversion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will also assist in improving campaign ROI and ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Paid Advertising, including MetaAds, Linkedin Ads and Google Ads,
• Strong analytical skills to manage Campaign Performance, analyze metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B Testing
• Knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate within a team setting and work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus
