Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Airbnb Operations & Digital Marketing Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day vacation rental operations, overseeing Airbnb and OTA property listings, handling guest communication, and ensuring smooth booking management for US-based properties.

The role also involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media promotions, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and supporting lead generation initiatives to improve occupancy and revenue growth. Candidates will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and optimize overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo & OTA property listings

• Handle guest communication, reservations & booking coordination

• Optimize pricing, occupancy, calendars & property visibility

• Run Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

• Manage social media promotions & digital marketing activities

• Analyze campaign performance metrics & booking trends

• Coordinate daily operations and support sales growth strategies

• Ensure smooth customer experience and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and campaign performance

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Sales mindset with focus on bookings and revenue growth

• Experience in operations management and OTA handling

• Project management skills with ability to manage timelines efficiently

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and advertising platforms

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Airbnb / Vacation Rental Operations

• Knowledge of Booking.com, Vrbo & OTA platforms

• Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Hospitality, Travel or Property Management background preferred
