Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Backend Operations Admin Intern to support daily business operations and administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating with teams and clients, managing documentation, tracking projects, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This internship offers practical exposure to real-world business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage backend operations and administrative activities

Coordinate between clients, management, and internal teams

Maintain company documents, records, and databases

Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and basic documentation

Track project progress and follow up with teams

Maintain asset, inventory, and HR-related records

Handle emails, scheduling, and routine communications

Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth workflows

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

Submit daily activity and status reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
