Days of working – 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off)

Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and proactive Account Manager to manage and grow ecommerce marketplace accounts across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

If you have experience handling marketplace operations, client coordination, campaign performance, and ecommerce growth strategies we’d love to connect with you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow key ecommerce marketplace accounts.
• Handle end-to-end account management for assigned brands.
• Monitor daily business metrics including Sales, ROAS, TACOS, and overall account performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and operational alignment.
• Plan and execute promotions, offers, and visibility campaigns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, performance dashboards, and client presentations.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and review meetings.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize marketplace performance.
• Work closely with catalog, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution.
• Resolve client escalations with quick and effective solutions.
• Manage budgets and optimize spends based on performance insights.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of the Amazon and Flipkart ecosystem.
• Knowledge of ecommerce advertising and marketplace campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace management or agency operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in ecommerce agency or marketplace management.
• Knowledge of PPC campaigns and marketplace tools will be an added advantage.
