Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content and Social Media Executive who can handle end-to-end content requirements across digital platforms. This role involves creating, managing, and optimising content across social media, performance marketing, web, and user communications, while ensuring brand consistency and clarity across all touchpoints. 

Key responsibilities 

• Ideate and write ad copies for paid media across platforms. 
• Support ideation and develop scripts, ad copies and captions for performance marketing, social media, and UGC-style creatives.
• Write promotional and product-led communications to drive retention and engagement.
• Create market-related communications, user-journey messaging, and concise UX and toast copy for in-app and web experiences.
• Manage and create content for LinkedIn, substack mainly and other social media channels such as Instagram, Twitter(W) and Facebook whenever required. 
• Contribute to blogs, FAQs, website/app communication and ORM. 
• Support other branding collaterals.  

Requirements 

• Strong creative and ideation skills, with the ability to understand the target audience and write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy.
• Experience in writing blogs, support FAQs, ad copies, scripts, CTAs, headlines, and short-form messaging.
• Working knowledge of Canva to support the creation of basic marketing and social media creatives.
• Familiarity with AWS, Netcore and Webengage platforms.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML for email and communication formatting.
• Strong attention to detail, especially for accuracy, tone, and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, performance, product, and support teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple content requirements. 

Experience: 1-2 years of experience crafting copy and content, ideally for brands within the capital markets or financial services sector.
