IT Operations & Microsoft 365 Specialist Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT professional who can independently handle the following responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Setup and manage Microsoft Teams structure
• Create and manage channels, permissions, tabs, and policies
• Manage SharePoint Lists, views, permissions, and workflows
• Handle Microsoft 365 admin panel, user accounts, licenses, and access control
• Configure OneDrive and SharePoint sharing policies

Workflow Automation

• Create and maintain Power Automate workflows
• Automate notifications, approvals, reminders, and task management
• Integrate Microsoft Forms, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook workflows

IT Operations & Support

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees
• Resolve login, access, sync, and application issues
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of users
• Maintain system organization and documentation

Data & Process Management

• Build digital systems for:
• Order Management
• CRM & Inquiry Tracking
• Inventory Tracking
• Task & Follow-up Management
• Purchase & Maintenance Requests

Additional Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of:
• Power Apps
• Zapier / n8n
• HTML / scripting
• Azure AD
• Automation tools
• AI workflow integrations
