Role Description

The Manager Learning & Development will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of corporate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement. The role entails conducting training needs assessments, developing curriculum and educational content, tracking program effectiveness, and facilitating learning sessions. Collaboration with department heads to align training objectives with organizational goals will be a key responsibility. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Learning & Development strategies, instructional design, and adult learning principles
• Proficiency in facilitation, training delivery, and curriculum development
• Experience in analyzing training needs, performance metrics, and creating tailored programs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage diverse teams
• Familiarity with e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital content creation
• Ability to collaborate across functions and integrate learning programs with business objectives
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
• Certification in Training and Development, or industry-recognized education in L&D (preferred)
