Engineer – Automation & Industrial IT Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities

1. Industrial Automation & Programming:

• PLC/HMI Management: Program, troubleshoot, and optimize Omron (Sysmac Studio) and Schneider (EcoStruxure) PLC systems.
• Line Optimization: Improve the efficiency of high-speed flow wrap machines, checkweighers, and metal detectors.
• New Automations: Design and implement new automated sequences to reduce manual intervention.
• Boiler & Utilities: Manage and optimize PLC-based controls for steam flow and boiler management.

2. IT & Digital Infrastructure:

• IoT & Data: Configure and manage data logging from the shop floor to our ThingsBoard dashboard via MQTT/Modbus.
• Network Management: Setup and maintain the factory’s mesh Wi-Fi systems (Tenda/TP-Link) and ensure seamless connectivity across the plant.
• General IT Support: Handle routine IT tasks including professional email management, hardware troubleshooting, and basic website/server oversight.

3. Maintenance & Safety:

• Perform preventive maintenance on electronic components.
• Coordinate with mechanical teams to ensure minimal downtime on fully automatic lines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience: 1–5 years in a manufacturing environment (FMCG or Food Processing preferred).
• Software: Proficiency in Omron Sysmac Studio and Schneider Machine Expert / SoMachine.
• IT Skills: Solid understanding of IP networking, Mesh systems, and basic cloud integration (MQTT/IoT).
• Mindset: A “problem-solver” attitude—someone who is equally comfortable writing code and fixing a router.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
