Content Planning Executive Full Time

BusinExperts is looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Strategist to help plan engaging social media content for healthcare, lifestyle, and business brands.

This role is focused purely on content ideation and planning – not graphic designing, posting, or coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Create monthly social media content calendars
• Suggest reel ideas, hooks, and trending content formats
• Research competitors and industry trends
• Plan engaging Instagram content strategies
• Suggest campaign themes and communication angles
• Write basic content directions/caption ideas
• Research viral and high-performing social media content
• Help brands create more engaging and relatable communication

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram/Reels/social media trends
• Creative thinking and content ideation ability
• Ability to think of catchy hooks and engaging topics
• Good understanding of audience psychology and viral content
• Basic understanding of digital marketing/social media
• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Google Docs, and Sheets
• Freshers with strong social media understanding can apply

Preferred:

• Experience in content planning/social media strategy
• Passion for social media trends and viral content
• Good research ability
