Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations & Purchase Specialist located in East Delhi. The Specialist will manage various operational tasks, streamline purchasing processes, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, supervise project management activities, and assist in sales processes as required. Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational data to improve performance and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate processes, and support efficient decision-making
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in Sales and relationship management
- Experience in Operations Management and streamlining workflows for efficiency
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is advantageous
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
