Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants for Non-IT requirements across the US
- Work with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
- Match consultants to suitable job requirements
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements
- Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT Bench Sales or US Staffing
- Strong knowledge of US staffing process and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with job portals and vendor networks
- Comfortable working in US shift timings
Preferred
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Engineering, Manufacturing.
- Good vendor database and networking skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
