Key job responsibilities
Drive sourcing strategy and team capability by building diverse candidate pools, leveraging multiple talent channels, and coaching your team on best practices in candidate sourcing and engagement.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs, influence hiring strategies, and ensure candidates receive a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build, engage, and develop your recruiting team in a fast-paced environment by setting clear performance goals, establishing metrics and tracking processes, and creating opportunities for professional growth.
Identify and implement productivity improvements that enable your team to meet hiring goals efficiently while maintaining quality and candidate experience standards.
Lead cross-functional initiatives related to talent acquisition strategy, working with stakeholders across the organization to share insights and drive continuous improvement in our recruiting processes.
A day in the life
In this role, you’ll focus on building sourcing capability and capacity across your recruiting team while maintaining close partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders. You’ll spend time analyzing market trends to identify where the best talent resides, coaching your team on effective sourcing strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine our approach to candidate assessment and experience. You’ll also work on special projects that help us innovate our talent acquisition processes, all while tracking team performance metrics and identifying ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
