Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Technician, based in Bengaluru. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop computers, providing technical and printer support, and diagnosing hardware and software issues. Additional responsibilities include configuring systems, assisting users with technical queries, and ensuring optimal performance of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting desktop computers, including hardware and software issues.
• Experience in providing effective technical support and resolving technical problems efficiently.
• Expertise in printer support, including setup, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Skills in troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, ensuring all devices function optimally.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or equivalent are highly desirable.
