Full job description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support to in-house users and clients whenever required.
- Perform system (Notebooks, Desktops) installation, upgrades, deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide I.T. administrative support, including asset inventory and management.
- Monitor the configuration and maintenance of system components and security protocols.
- Assist in system audits and system hardening to evaluate the efficacy, reliability of systems and security measures.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and commissioning new system projects.
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above major in I.T. or equivalent
- Basic knowledge about networking devices, storage and operating systems.
- 1 to 2 year or above relevant office I.T support experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, services and result oriented.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
