AM – SUPPLY CHAIN Full Time

Role and Responsibility:

• Own and safeguard IBP system credibility, ensuring planning logic, master data, and parameters accurately reflect real‑world operations.
• Enable standardized and consistent planning responses to demand changes, disruptions, and scenario requests across planning cycles and business units.
• Design, configure, run, and validate supply optimizer logic within the SAP IBP platform (Supply & Response).
• Translate complex planning analytics and constraints into clear, executive‑ready insights and recommendations.
• Compare scenarios using a common evaluation framework.
• Act as a knowledge multiplier within the IBP, supporting capability building and digital maturity

What we are looking for from your past experience

Experience requirement:

Must Have’s

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or computer science.
• Master’s degree is a plus (Supply Chain, Operations Management).
• 5+ years of SAP IBP experience with strong focus on Supply Planning + Response Planning (R&S)
• Proven experience in building and running operational supply plans and rough‑cut capacity plans using IBP Response & Supply.
• Exposure to Available-to-Promise (ATP) concepts within response planning context.
• Hands-on building/maintaining planning artefacts: planning models, key figures, analytics, and using Excel UI for planning and analysis.
• Familiarity with related planning processes and terms like NRP, RCCP, deployment, MRP (particularly when integrating with ERP execution).
• Experience in end-to-end IBP implementation projects (design → build → test → cutover → hypercare), or strong support experience improving performance and usability.
